Sc. 01 · the brief
The projects speak; the foundation stays shapeless.
Фондация ДОМ is the body behind two programmes, lbgt.bg and uabg.org, and its site speaks to funders, regulators and journalists. The brief had two constraints. It must never claim more than is true, and it must have no identity of its own: the projects do the loud speaking, and the foundation stays shapeless behind them.
Sc. 02 · what we built
No page on the site has a form.
Six pages in Bulgarian and English: home, about, projects, method, contact and privacy. The method page sets a six-condition test for taking on work and a pace of two projects a year; every statistic on the site carries its source. Contact has no form and one person reading the mail, and the privacy page is not a policy but a description of how the site is built.
Sc. 03 · how we built it
A statistic cannot compile without a source.
Astro builds static pages and Cloudflare serves them, with no Worker and no server, so there is nothing that could keep a log. Pages are typed data: a statistic without a source is a type error, and the English is a full copy, because a funder who lands on a shortened page has correctly worked out they are an afterthought. The security policy blocks everything by default, forms included.
Sc. 04 · the detail
The mark is a division sign.
Instead of a logo, a grammar: ÷, three strokes: a dot, a bar, a dot. ДОМ means home, DOM stands for Diversity over Matter, and the operation is problem divided by solution. The site has no colour at all; colour enters only through photographs cut from the programmes' own share cards, and every line on the page is a drawn stroke, seeded so it never changes between deploys.
Sc. 05 · where it stands
Two days to build; the links lag behind.
The site was built in two days, 14 and 15 August 2026, at dom.foundation, with foundomation.com redirecting to it. Its links still use the programmes' first addresses, from before they moved to lbgt.bg and uabg.org later that month.
